1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mycuci1 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of all services, features, content, and functionality provided through the mycuci1 platform, including the website and mobile application.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. mycuci1 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use mycuci1 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Be a valid citizen or resident of Malaysia or an approved territory
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or be prohibited by any relevant regulatory body
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not represent or act on behalf of any third party without written authorisation from mycuci1

Registration Restrictions

The following individuals are not permitted to register or use the mycuci1 platform:

• Employees, contractors, or agents of mycuci1 and its affiliated companies
• Immediate family members of mycuci1 employees residing in the same household
• Individuals who have submitted a self-exclusion request from mycuci1 or any related platform
• Individuals whose accounts were previously terminated due to a terms violation

3 Registration and Identity Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mycuci1 uses this information to verify your identity and comply with applicable legal requirements.

• Valid identity card or passport number
• Date of birth
• Full current residential address
• Active mobile phone number
• A valid and active email address

KYC Verification Process

Mycuci1 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and legal compliance. You may be asked to submit additional documents at any time, including:

• Copy of identity card or passport
• Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of the payment method used

Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50

6 Game and Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, all related bets will be refunded to the user

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. mycuci1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

User Responsibilities

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including mycuci1 staff
• Use a strong and unique password for your mycuci1 account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of account protection
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the support team immediately

8 Prohibited User Conduct

To keep the mycuci1 platform a safe and fair environment for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Money Laundering: Using the mycuci1 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Impersonation: Impersonating another individual or providing false information during registration or verification
• Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to access another user's account or mycuci1's internal systems without authorization
• Technical Disruption: Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform by any means, including DDoS attacks or distribution of malicious software
• Unauthorized Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, fund freezing, reporting to the relevant authorities, and legal action where necessary.

9 Responsible Gaming

Available Self-Control Tools

All users can access the following tools via account settings:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount within a specified time period

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence in maintaining account security
• Game outcomes that do not favor the user, made fairly in accordance with the established game rules
• The accuracy of statistical information or data displayed for general informational purposes

The total liability of mycuci1 to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 90 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Account Termination and Suspension

Termination by User

You may close your mycuci1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn, as the process cannot be reversed once initiated.

Mycuci1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements
• Indicators of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Request from a competent authority

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, mycuci1 reserves the right to hold funds in the account while an investigation is conducted. Verified funds will be returned upon conclusion of the investigation, in accordance with the outcome reached.

12 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

Mycuci1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notice or email at least 14 days before taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or for security reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
